Analysis of Music video

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1iBm60uJXvs

Here you can see the video is mostly a front view shot camera with close ups but mainly medium shots. The main idea of the video is the two singers are singing with a lot of effects going on to interest the viewer. I would say the effects are to do with the music video as the song is about drugs and alcohol and the effects are done in a way that their faces and bodys are moving. I believe it is a effective music video and looks very good due to the effects which is why i liked it as it was different to the normal music video where the singer is just singing to the song with random things going on that doesn't relate to the music at all.

If i was to do a music video i would use some effects but not like they have done in this music video as this is very advanced and would require tons of work, but i will use some of the effects they have done in their music video into a short film or a music video as i believe it is very effective.

A music video i would compare it with is still with one of the main singers Bruno mars

This music is more about emotional music and a love song so the music video will be entirely different, as you can see in the video there is a lot of close up to show the singer singing and can see the emotional on the actors face in the music video. We understand that Bruno mars is getting bullied by men as we see him getting pushed and shoved and also him pulling a piano that we don't understand till the end of the music video of him singing on a train track, which goes with the song being "il jump in front of a train for you" so this goes with the music but we understand this towards the end of the short music video
